CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) whole milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
METHOD
- First, in a jug add the plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar & salt
- Pour in the milk and vegetable oil and whisk until all well combined
- Pour the mixture into microwave mug.
- Add 1 tbsp of chocolate hazelnut spread into the mug.
- Pop into the fridge and allow to chill until firm.
- Place the mug into the microwave with a paper towel on top.
- Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
- Enjoy!
