Rice Krispie Treats are so simple and easy to make, they're a perfect treat ready in less than 10 minutes. Drizzled in melted chocolate and covered in sprinkles - what's not to love?

RICE KRISPIE TREATS
Ingredients
- 150g (6 cups) rice krispie cereal
- 285g (10 ounces) mini marshmallows
- 85g (1/2 cup) milk choc chips
- 70g (5 tbsp) butter
- 30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melted Chocolate
- Sprinkles
- Lollipop Sticks
METHOD
- First, put the butter into a large sauce pan and melt over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the cocoa powder, dark chocolate, salt & mini marshmallows continuously keep stirring until all melted.
- Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Add in the rice krispie cereal and milk choc chips - stir until all the cereal is completely coated in the marshmallow mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, use your hands to pat down until all the dish is evenly covered.
- Pop into the fridge and allow to chill until firm.
- Once set, cut up into squares.
- Insert a lollipop stick about 1/2 into each treat.
- Drizzle in melted chocolate and cover in sprinkles.
